Explore this option →The mountains, told through iron.
The smelting furnace in Tavernole is part of Valle Trompia’s ironworking heritage. Its structure and museum spaces offer a different reading of the landscape: ore from the mountains, its transformation and skills passed between generations.
A stop at the furnace brings the valley’s iron heritage into focus. Think of the building as part of a network of places: from mines to villages, these mountains were also a working landscape.

Alongside your days on the snow, make time for the valley’s culture. Visits follow their own calendars and some experiences are seasonal: confirm opening before adding one to your stay.
